Poor Insurance

In 2019 me and my husband bought an existing house in around Town (Grahamstown) and we decided to take insurance with Auto and General in the same year but this year 2021 (February) I have laid a claim for one of my wall structures within my yard. To my surprise only to be told that the structure itself was incorrectly built and my claim cannot be processed. I would highly appreciate help so that my claim can be paid soonest.
