Poor Geyser resultant Damages

I would just like to bring to your kind attention the unacceptable and terrible service that I am receiving from Auto & General regarding a Geyser that was replaced on or about Monday THE 20TH OCTOBER 2025.

The plumbers appointed by A&G replaced the Geyser from the roof top and did not replace the removed tiles in their place.

A week later when the first of the heavy rains came the entire top section got flooded and my tenant, Dr Ledwaba called me on a Sunday night to complain of the flood in her home.

I called A&G the next morning and they sent the plumber to her premises to inspect the roof.

They acknowledged that they had left some tiles incorrectly replaced and not in position. - They even told the tenant that they would be back the Next day to see if all was well and that an assessor would come out to assess and have the damages repaired.

The tenant called me yesterday to advise that the problem had not been sorted nor has anybody been there to assess the further damage - Furthermore, with the heavy rain on Monday/Tuesday there were more damages cause to the wall ceilings and built in cupboards.

Just to let you know that I've insured the home with A&G since completion brand new in 2008 and had only one Geyser claim.

I called A&G again today -TUESDAY 25th November and spoke to a lady by the name of NEO only to be told that they would contact me before 5pm which the NEVER DID - Disgusting.

I only thought it to be proper to complain to you to see how this matter is handled before writing to HELLO PETER.
