Poor communication , Inelegance not trust wealthy , false hopes

Auto & General car insurance I'm very disappointed in the poor service that they are providing to me , the person that was given my case doesn't communicate with me . Its been 3 months since they had my car and still it hasn't been fix to date . My car is neglected by the way that's the same car I use to run my business , I'm wondering why do they still deducted at the end of every month while they still cant fix my miner issue . why couldn't they tell me for the start that they wont be able to fix it than them giving it to FLEET SOLUTION PANELBEATER to examine it then come up with extra costs which I didn't approve or get any communication for them tell next thing I need to fix it my self . I wouldn't advice anyone to carry on with Auto & General Car insurance .
