Poor communication and Handling claims

My car rolled into a tree after three months with auto & General, i lodged a claim and they wrote my car off without communicating with me. They escalated the amount to repair. My car spent two weeks in storagre and i had to cancel the claim in order for me to get my vehicle back. I didn't expect this from auto and general. I was more disappointed when they informed me that they were going to cancel my policy because i disputed the write off issue.

I'm not going to recommend thia company to anyone looking for insurance.
