Poor admistrators
The company's administration is very poor ,they quoted me on comprehensive insurance we agreed on a premium,the policy document indicated a higher amount,I sent a cancelation,they called to say they listen to the recording they are at fault,until today no updated schedule that was supposed to inform the cancellation with the current insurer,what a nightmare before the policy could even start on the 1st December 2023.
