Polite Advice

I wanted to cancel my car insurance policy because i had a better offer wait for my in terms of monthly premium. But Mr Nkosinathi Shezi explained very well the advantages of remaining as a client for long and and the disadvantages of starting a new policy at a different service provider.

And not that he convicted me to stay with auto and gen but being a loyal client for more than 7 years, that brings about me having paid over a 100k of premium which may have a positive influence when i happen to claim in future.

Mr Nkosinathi was polite and straight forward with his advice.
