Policy updates and increases

Since signing up with Auto and General, I have requested that the pool, borehole and jacuzzi pumps be covered. They initially added it to my policy and charged me for it, but then when I receive policy updates, the pumps have been removed, but the amount remains the same and then I have to fight and then it gets added back to the policy. Now I have received my annual increase policy and surprise, no pumps added to the policy, but the policy premium has shot up considerably. I have phoned and emailed and no assistance....
