Policy cancellation
After being with this service provider since 2005 I`m parting ways. At a time when I need to be assisted most I`m given the run around, m still reeling from this. Please cancel it with immediate effect. I pay R 3897.59 with the highest excess in the industry. The basis of such high premium not clear to me. Got another service provider who quoted me R1857.82.
