Policy Cancellation

They handled my cancellation well but of course did try to recover my business by offering a lower premium. I had just 2 months earlier asked them to review my premium and indicated that I will be inviting other companies to quote for my business and there was a nominal reduction. After making my decision they then offered a substantial reduction and by doing this they lost credibility. I asked why the same reduction was not offered when i requested a review and got the typical "risk profile" excuse. My risk profile has not changed dramatically over the past few years. Yes, disappointed that consideration was only given when there was a gun to their head - just too late!!
