Plumbing not Resolved and also paving not put back they way was before
Hi, I have open up a claim with Auto&general through BetterLife to fix block drain in April(I MEAN IN APRIL). The plumbing contractor didn't fix the issue but only left the left the drain station open and paving damaged. I have notified the call center agents several times about this and nothing was done, every time i'm told they will notify the contractor to come put the paving back. Now the heave rain is causing more damage to my paving. Please advise me what must do get this resolved.
