Please remove telesure group under my credit profile since i have cancelled the policy

I have a car that was insured with A&G but unfortunately the car was involved in an accident and was written off by the same insurance company auto and general. I claim and all went and i had nothing to insured with them anymore since my car was written off so i cancel policy. Now the problem is telesure group still appearing on my credit profile as active for 3 months now. Can someone please update this on the credit bureau. I need this telesure group removed under my name. My contact number is ***.
