Please help me

Good day I have a policy with Auto & General for scratches n dents. I logged the claim with them and I don't get any joy from them. The claim was logged in March 2023, whenever I'm being sent for an assessment, the panel beaters that I have been sent to they say my claim is a small claim and they can't help me with that. My frustration is I want to cancel the policy and get all my money back that I have contributed still I don't get any joy. I tried to stop the debit from my account it is difficult for me and the bank to stop the debit not to go through. Kindly help me to get all my money back that I have contributed. Auto & General scratch and dent is a reap off policy that is taking money from the poor and don't deliver as they've promised.
