Please don`t send cars to Mini/Maxi Panel Beaters

I understand they might be cheaper for you guys but they have very bad service. My claim was approved end of August 2015, Audi A4. Since then they have been \waiting for parts". At no point have they tried to call me but i have to constantly call to try get feedback. I get the feeling they don`t care or are under no pressure to deliver a great service. <br> <br> I love you guys you are professional and caring but Mini/Maxi is making me think twice about staying.
