Can I get the Directors of Auto & Gen insurance to phone me. Their ****ing staff put me on hold for 15minutes just to get a manager to phone me! How stupid do they think I am? I tell you now you not going fix my car let it stand until your ditector phones me. I'm not taking this lightly, as this Chantelle Jacobs she is the owner of Auto and Gen and with no shame in her she say "Yes we put pirate parts on your vehicle " Pirate parts my ass you not going to put **** on my car. I requested my sales recording but still nothing received. When they did the sales there was no where that their consultant explained that I will get pirate parts on a vehicle that the market value is 160k just to drop to a value of 60k after the pirate parts.
