Phone and Cancellation issues
Supper easy to sign on and willing to help you but when you want to cancel you can not get a hold of anyone. They phone but when you pick up they put the phone down and then don't call back.
The app is nice but would be nice if you could have a live chat with one of the agents to assist you there. OR even be able to cancel on the app itself.
