Phindile Mndaweni of Autogen is a star!

I was looking for alternative cover and called Autogen, where I was lucky to be served by the most patient, helpful and friendly Ms Phindile Mndaweni! She was patient as I asked lots of questions, and chopped and changed my requirements. It took me by surprise because such great service is scarce these days. Which is why I left IUM/Guard Risk: they are cheap and I guess that translates into cheap service. IUM has no customer urgency and their use of brokers is a disadvantage.

I am a returning customer to Autogen, and Phindile's great service reminded me why I was with Autogen for long, in the past: Convenient, accessible and seamless.
