Paying for a policy I did not want
On the 30th April, I sent an email regarding canceling my policy. I sent a follow-up email on the 10th May after receiving a reply on the 2nd May.
I then noticed that despite me not wanting this policy and asked for a cancellation, I still saw a debit order going off on the 1st June from my bank account.
I want this matter resolved as soon as possible.
I want this policy canceled immediately.
