Payback what you just took from me
My policy has not even started and they debited me twice. Its a constant mission to get them to do something. Now that I have cancelled my policy due to this constant stuggle they owe me R1225.86 and promised to refund me. Im still waithing. When I call to follow up they cant get hold of "Nakita" to inform me about what is happening. So what would happen if "Nakita" no longs works for the company, will I then never get my money back. Just payback what you stole from me!!!!
