Pay out Less than the Quote.

Good day <br> <br> Please intervene with the Auto & General regarding the pay out of that is less than the quete to repair the car. I am a third party claimer on the policy from Auto & General. I was assisted by Ellene regarding the claim to pay out since 2015 September. she had aproved the payout regarding my car, the problem is that the car is not drivable rite now and they have aproved the payout that is low to fix the car. Ellene her self also confirmed that the pay out is not fair and she will get back to me with the feedback after contacting the assesor egarding the figures if they are correct and she never came back to confirm the feedback. Now when I call I was told that the figures are correct fpr a car that is not working. All I need to know for a car that is damaged in front: Chase, Radiator aircon tubes and front bumber the body as well. including the lights and all the included damages may be incluning more in the engene as the car is not working. Please assist as the matter is been running since September 2015.
