i wrote my complaint on the 5/7/2023 about the bank charges on my std bank account by this Auto and gen, they rep**** by calling me a lady by the name Tapani Malema who promised me that the refund should be done latest Friday if not latest Monday today is Tues but still no refund and no one called to advise me about the delay, i dint know if this how they operate by giving no feedback to a client,

i am so dissappointed, matter dragging from May until now.
