Pathetic service from Auto and General

They took more than 10 days to finalise a claim. Assigned me body repairer in Joburg, yet my info says I work and reside in Pretoria. Didn't even bother to call me to here if I'm comfortable to have my car repaired in Johannesburg. Logistically it's a nightmare to drive to Johannesburg and leave a car for repairs and then collect it. Their agent doesn't reply to my emails. I never thought I would miss my ex(Old Mutual Insure). I was with Old Mutual Insure before, they had their archaic and cumbersome ways of dealing with claims but they were never this pathetic
