PATHETIC SERVICE
i TRIED TO CANCEL MY AUTO AND GENERAL BUILDING COVER AND VAPS COVER WITH NO LUCK. I GOT TRANSFER 4 TIMES WHEREBY THE CALL GOT CUT THEN EVENTUALLY NKULULELO ASSISTED ME BUT THEN I HAD TO HOLD THE LINE FOR 28 MINUTES THEN THE CALL GOT CUT AGAIN. THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE
