Pathetic Service

When you're forced to give them 1 when in essence it's 0 rating they deserve! My car was booked in at a panelbeater last year December almost 7 months later I have not received it back because a "Fender" is on backorder! Every month when I called in the estimated time of arrival is moved to the next month. This morning again I was told my car would be ready in September. I'm now taking public transport yet I pay insurance premiums on a monthly basis! How is this not *****ing money from the client? Your service or lack thereof is quite pathetic!
