PATHETIC SERVICE / CLAIM PAY OUT

Its has been more than 2 months and my claim is still not paid. I am a business owner of two companies and it is not easy to make a living these days. Therefore I strife to be the best in the market and customer service is everything..... But not for Auto & General. They are unreliable, they have no service, there update structure is pathetic, I lost everything in a fire and they just looking for excuses not to pay my claim. After confirming that the claim is ready to be settled, they have excuses of turning the claim into a none fact direction, 3 insurance parties are involve and believe me Auto & General is the only company that does not come to the party
