pathetic service auto and general and their consultant fahiem kliensmith!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have made a to this insurance and they are not replying to my emails and the claim is unresloved its been more than a month now, the claim consultant i have been in contact with fahiem kliensmith just went MIA and just stop responding to my emails. very pathetic service

24 Nov 2020, 19:19Nothing has been done since I have lodged a complaint Beverly Jantjies promised to call me back after I have sent her an email and she never responded and I had to follow up with a call a week later. This is worst service ever. Auto n general and better life is the worst and bad n *****ed insurance. They just damage my bathroom ????????????
