Pathetic service
This insurance company is a ****. They will take your premiums and when its time for them to pay for a claim look for loopholes to avoid paying claims. It has been weeks since my claim and they are requesting document after document each week, they have taken premiums,demand statements and documents which are an extra cost to me and have made my life a living hell,i am a truck driver who is always on the road i do not have time to be emailing and requesting documents. I am with other insurance companies, and encountered problems with my other vehicles over the years and i have not encountered this ridiculous treatment. I would not recommend anyone to use this company

14 Aug 2023, 21:02And also , the fact that you guys deducted my premium for this month when u have written off the car last month,as far as i know the policy was active on the date of event and should be terminated if the insured item is written off,why did you deduct the premium,i want a refund asap.the claims person wants me to always follow up but when i send emails i have to ask him if he has received my mails ,no acknowledgement watsoever.i even ask him to assist with termination he never rep****. This is really pathetic urghhh
