Pathetic service

Good day if I could give no star I would, as my story goes I put in a claim last week for an engagement sent all necessary documents pictures etc and the value of the ring when I signed up I told the consultant what the value was etc I gave him a figure which I wanted to insure the ring for, today I called auto and general asking what's happening with my claim this is two weeks late only to get told they will only me out literally almost four times less what the ring is worth and what makes it worse the access is so I I'm lucky I can buy a pair of shoes with the money so now they say they will raise the dispute, I mean my car is in insured with them what will happen if I'm in am accident will I go through the same problem, this is really pathetic service and the consultants are ***** they say stuff just to sell you there insurance never again.
