PATHETIC SERVICE

I had many offers for my vehicle and business insurance and opted to go with auto & general despite bad reviews thinking it might be different.

I am with auto gen for a year and put through a claim over 3 weeks now. My home contents was damaged due to flooding( under R7000 claim) and apparently they needed to know the cause of damage (even though it was noted flooding they still asking what's the cause of damage) which even the maintenance people can't identify until it rains again, but they confirmed it was flooding.When asked for information from me I have responded within less than 12 hours.... to get a response from the claims department is now gone over 48 hours. I have emailed complaints department and the claims consultant over 3 times and still no response whatsoever. From the start of my claim I have had endless issues with the consultant being unprofessional with time response replies. Furthermore I am actually going to find a better insurance company.

You can never get a response back from them...PATHETIC. BUT VERY QUICK TO OFFER YOU STUFF TO TAKE MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU!!! I will never recommend this useless service to anyone.
