Pathetic Service!!

I had a minor accident and the car was towed with my personal items. After the claims process was completed and the repairs were done on the vehicle. On the collection of the vehicle, I noticed that some personal items namely eyeglasses, power banks, and Huawei P30 charger were missing. I immediately informed the insurer and it was told that the repair division will contact me on the matter. After 5 waiting days without hearing from them, I again called the insurer and the same commitment was made. Until today, I have not received a call, feedback from Auto General.
