Pathetic pathetic service. Definitely canceling

Placed a claim Sunday 14th March night towards my house alarm system that stopped working due to power surge. The quote from my security company was sent to the claims department sunday night. Monday got a call from a Lady said that Fahiem from the claims department would handle my claim. Tuesday assessor came to my property to assess the alarm system. I kept emailing Fahiem with no response but just read receipts. Today is Friday the 19th March no feedback. All this time my property is at risk due to a faulty alarm system that does not activate and Auto n Gen is dragging their feet. I checked on the app and now I see that claim has been cancelled without any reasons. This is totally pathetic service. If this claim does not go through I am definitely without a doubt canceling.
