Pathetic and so USELESS

The worst of the worst!!! why this company is still around doing business is beyound me!!! never in my life i have dealt with such incompentencies and pathetic responses. we left our previous insurance company merely because the instalment was to high and auto and general was what we could afford, quess this is what one gets for settling for the cheaper version of things!!!
