Passing the buck

Had a car a accident on the 9th of December 2015, my car was towed to Renew it Randburg preferred penalbeaters. It's been 8 weeks now and I still don't have my car. When I call my insurance because the delay is on their side, they say there's nothing they can do from their side I need to speak to the penalbeaters directly. My argument is that the car was sent to Renew it by them surely they should be take some responsibility for the delay and make sure my car is fixed soonest. I'm very disappointed at the level of service I'm getting from both service providers, I'm even considering changing my insurance.
