Over promise under deliver
i took a dent and scratch cover 3 months back, paid x3 premiums.i was then asked to send pictures of my car disc and speedometer, i did that, later i was asked to send my ID copy and policy number as if things we moving forward. I am still waiting for Jayden who is incharge of my account. He promised to call me back today 24/03/2025 before he knock off he never called me back as promised. i am still waiting and thinking of cancel the wheels,scratch and dent cover no one takes you serious there in that department. Please help to recover my money that i have paid.

24 Mar 2025, 20:17Policy number:*** i hope thus will make a difference because i am so disappointed because I'm insured with Auto and General for my car and this is one of the products that i was supporting you thinking that is worth it. Teach tour consultant to take their job serious. I chose Auto & General and left all other insurance services. Thinking that i will be treated like their only customer
