Over promise under deliver

I took an insurance with Auto and General last year June when i bought my Toyota Quest,.paying R1200 per month for Comprehensive, i couldn't get in a Sunday being in Limpopo and i run out of petrol they were.off line they couldn't help i still gave them a benefit of the doubt and didn't say anything. Today i was inquiring about my License disc that is about to expire and im far away from my home town jhb soweto currently at Queens Town work related they told me straight that they can't help me with the renewal of my Car Disc and that I can go jump. Sending from one sales consultants to the.next about ten in total. I immediately canceled my insurance and i took one another insurance and paid prorata fee. Im happy so far. Auto.and General they over promise and under deliver. Be on the look out.
