Outstanding Service and Follow Up

I was hit (rear-ended) by another driver insured with Zurich. The person and Zurich then tried to deny any responsibility and ever hitting me and refused to pay me back my excess 3 months after the crash. Selbourne was great and helpful and even though at first it looked like nothing could be done they went the extra mile and refunded my excess out of their own pocket. Great insurer, great service and delighted they could make this unfortunate occurence end well. Highly recommended insurer
