Outstanding customer service

I would just like to compliment Tasleem Bester on the outstanding customer service that I received. Last month I had to call my insurance company to report a claim ( my first claim ever ) from the time that I called in to the end of the claim I received the best service ever. Tasleem handled my claim from the beginning until the end and he made me feel like I was such an important customer. He kept me informed at all times and when he said he would give me a call the next morning, without fail I received a call from him. Even when i had to go to the assessors in centre city they treated me like such an important customer. Tasleem gave me all the relevant information that I needed, he was extremely professional and at the same time friendly, I have delt with a lot of different companies before and they always seem to fail when it comes to customer service but I would just like to say that had the best experience with auto and general. I will definitely stay with them for a long time!
