Outstanding Claim for my BMW 320i Tyre

In February 2023 I had a tyre puncher and reported it to auto and general scratch and dents, nobody assisted me I had to pay for the tyre myself while they deducted my money every month till this day they still deducting money from my account even after I told them to cancel the insurance because it didn’t help me with anything. I haven’t had any assistance and I’m still paying for the insurance, I have claimed for the tyre nobody is helping me, they keep on pushing me all over the call centre with no help or assistance
