Outcome of my insurance query

Good day Hellopeter team,

Two weeks back I wrote a review about my car insurance which I was not happy about. I just thought u should come back to give an update about my query which has been resolved. The part which was missing in my vehicle has been replaced and I'm very happy with the outcome.

I would like to thank Hellopeter first for the help I have received, I don't think I would have received helped so fast if it wasn't for you. I would also like to thank my insurance (Auto and General) for resolving this together with Renew it Sandton. Also with their constance updates.

I really appreciate all the help I have received from Hellopeter and I hope you can continue doing the same to others. To my insurance, I just hope you can start keeping your promises and don't let matters escalate this far. I have received great customer service after writing the review.
