Our **** pump burned boc filter and all, we were disappointed after 28 years with them they declined our claim but then did offer us 5000 of the 16700 it cost to replace it. But Elizma was amazing her service was great, efficient and kind to our losses. As for Auto and General we disappointed 5000 for loyaly seems nothing as our we pay almost 4000 pm but what can we do. We dependent om them. We have tried to be loyal too.
