ongoing debits on a canceled policy

i had an insurance with Auto and General where i insured my car and additional of tyres and rims/Mag since 2022. I cancelled the insurance on the 25th April 2023 and lapsed on the 31st May 2023. My policy number is ***. The insurance has been deducting on my account after i have cancelled it. i have been sending them emails telling them that they are busy deducting and i was told that the insurance it's canceled. Please help so that i can recover my money and stop their debit order. Thank you
