I would like to applaud and thank the extremely wonderful service I received from one of your Emergency Services call center employee, her name was Lebogang and she was very supportive and diligent when it came to getting my vehicle towed when I had an accident and was in a remote village with very few towing companies willing to travel to this area. She constantly phoned me and checked up and updated me, she was just awesome. Case number was C00ELCZ, but eventually another case number was logged.
