I was sold a car hire service and was not told first hand I was paying an entry level car hire for only a KWID. I have nothing against the car but looking at the car I drive I should have got 1.2 or 1.4 vehicle I find it very difficult to travel with this car and you can not even over take using this car. A kwid is for in town driving like the Qute. You can not sell me a car hire with one option how unfair is that and now everytime I drive this thing I actually indanger my life no this not acceptable. I have addressed this with the agent attending to my claim. I would like someone to explain to me why Auto & General has one option on entry level car hire, Why customer are not advised in advance what car(s) will they choose from.
