Objection to annual increase notification.

I called A and G and explained my financial position and my desire to remain with this institution. However, I also accepted inflation-related increase in costs at A and G. After a few minutes I was given a significant reduction in the increase for which I am extremely grateful and happy about. The service and capacity to listen to my views were outstanding!!! Having said this, I see myself insured with A and G for many years to come.
