You guys are such *****!!! You take our money and come claim time, you have all sorts of stories why you cannot pay a claim.

Now I am on the line trying to cancel my policy with you and I have been kept on hold for more than 10 min because everyone is too busy to assist me to cancel my policies!!! I am gatvol!

Until now, NO ONE has contacted me!!!!

I have made further contact with your call centre and I must say, the treatment received from your retentions department is APPAULING!!!!!

Your agent hung up on me!!!!!
This is why I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
