now this is what i call service.

one thing that I have learnt in life is that service is never guaranteed but when it comes to Dorothy Smit from Auto & General service is guaranteed all the time, she is always willing to go the extra distance to resolve the problem at hand, even when you are so angry you want to explode. She always speaks in a calm tone of voice and this also cams you down.
