Not satisfied

The consultant phone me and try to explain but he then drop the phone and never phone back I thought that was rude and still I was not happy with the explanation so I won't recommend auto and general to friend and family because what if serious damage take place then they will give stories so I will go cancel debit order and look for better insurance company thanks
