not returning messages

I have been receiving calls from Auto and General saying that I was involved in an accident, which I was not, with one of your clients.<br> <br> I have received three calls already and on all three I told them that I do not own a car as described. I am already in the process of opening a ***** case.<br> <br> Since the last call, I have had a few missed calls and on the last one - try to contact Phumzela and left a message - which was not returned. The nr is *** and when try to call it - it says the number does not exist.<br> <br> Can you please get Phumzela to call me, so that they can please remove my nr from this case.<br> <br>
