not responding to email request

On , February 21, 2018 11:33 AM i sent a request to : ********** ********** for my policy to be cancelled but received no feedback up till today. On March 19, 2018 7:44 AM i sent another request for my policy to be cancelled no feedback. im still being debited and charged for reversals each and every time.

can anyone be so kind and put a stop to my policy.
