Not paying claims and no feedback on ***** suppliers

Deals with ***** suppliers , approve then reject claims due to ***** suppliers.. why should i be held liable for ***** claims made by their supplier?? no feedback to me.. i agree with Nicole statement there .. auto and general makes the mistakes and run away from them.. i have to keep calling them.. conveniently they good at taking my money every month on the same day.. if only they were just as efficient with their service and feedback.. so many bad reviews and no repercussions for this company.
