Not paying claims

Had a claim for goods damaged when my geyser burst, some of the goods were taken away and assessed, they now say that some of the goods were damaged and some not. Funny how the low value items were assessed to be damaged and the higher value items were not damaged, yet u can see the laptop damaged. Also my PS 3 was not assessed after telling the company that came to take the goods away that it was damaged cos the geyser burst.
